End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: May 31, 2026

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of Hermes Finance ("the Application"), a QuickBooks Online integrated service.

1. License Grant

Hermes Finance grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application solely for your internal financial management purposes in connection with your QuickBooks Online account.

2. Restrictions

You may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application; (b) use the Application for any unlawful purpose; (c) sublicense, resell, or distribute the Application to third parties; (d) use the Application to access data beyond what is authorized by this Agreement.

3. Ownership

The Application and all intellectual property rights therein remain the exclusive property of Hermes Finance. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Hermes Finance disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Hermes Finance be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application.

6. Termination

This Agreement terminates automatically if you disconnect the Application from QuickBooks Online or if your QuickBooks Online account is terminated. You may also terminate at any time by revoking access in your Intuit account settings.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
